Potrzebuje duzo energii, poniewaz niedlugo oddam sie przyjemnej aktywnosci fizycznej – Bikram jodze. Zatem, dzis na sniadanku goscily figi, borowki amerykanskie, nasiona szalwii hiszpanskiej (chia) oraz jogurt sojowy.Wyszlo bajeczne polaczenie, bardzo sycace (nie dalam rady zjesc calej porcji!). Poza sytoscia, ma przepiekny kolor, oraz smakuje tak pysznie, ze od razu poprawilo humor. Dodatkowo, uwielbiam koktaile, ktore maja taka miesista, ale przyjemna, kremowa konsystencje – ten wlasnie taka posiadal! Do tego ziarenka fig nadaly przyjemnej tekstury. Koniecznie wyprobujcie!

Today’s breakfast came forth so delicious that I had to share it with you. Classic scrambled eggs and sandwiches are working during the week and on weekends I always allow myself to some sort of extravagance. And so it was today. It needs a lot of energy, because soon I will enjoy the pleasant physical activity – Bikram yoga. So, today during breackfast figs, blueberries, seeds of the Spanish sage (chia) and soya yogurt were hosted. Turned out to be a fabulous combination, very filling (I gave advice not to eat the whole batch!). In addition to satiety, a beautiful color, and tastes so delectable that immediately improved the mood. In addition, I love the cocktails, which have such a meaty, but pleasant, creamy consistency – this just had so! Until that fig seeds gave a nice texture. Be sure to try out!

Skladniki:

  • 125g borowki amerykanskiej
  • 2 figi
  • czubata lyzka zmielonych ziaren chia
  • 300ml jogurtu sojowego
Ingredients:

  • 125g of blueberries
  • 2 figs
  • 1 full tbs of milled chia seeds
  • 300ml of soya yogurt
Przygotowanie:
Owoce umyc. Figi pokroic na cwiartki (moje figi byly miekkie, czyli mocno dojrzale ale jeszcze calkowicie soczyste w srodku). Wrzucic do blendera i zaczac mielic. Stopniowo dodawac borowki. gdy dokladnie wszystko bedzie zmielone, dodac jogurt. Na koniec dodac chie i zamieszac 3 sekundy.
Przelac do szklanki, badz miseczki i zjesc lyzka.
Smacznego!
Preparation:
Wash fruits. Figs cut into quadrants (my figs were soft, mature but still completely juicy on the inside). Move up to the blender and begin grinding. Gradually add the blueberries. When everything will be milled, add yogurt. Finally, add chia seeds and mix for 3 seconds .
Pour into a glass, or a bowl and eat with spoon.
